The place is not what it is played too be. Dirty carpet,nasty restroom and dirty bedding ( some else's blood) needs lots of work. Did not stand to it's historical value.

This hotel failed to meet all expectations. Our room was decent, although the view is terrible, and our bed was nice, but the lack of service, constant barking from the "pet friendly" floor and crumbling structure put this hotel in the "do not stay" category for me. We stayed 3 nights they did not clean our room once despite calling and requesting service.

Friendly staff, reasonably well appointed rooms and convenient to things to see and do in Hot Springs. I'm told they'll begin renovating and updating the rooms this fall. Looking forward to seeing the improvements. Enjoy the live music in the lobby bar if you get a chance.
