Amazing the lady at front desk was awesome very understanding and helpful I got dropped of at like noon by a cab with my 2yr old and was not supposed to check in til 3-4 pm and she still got me into a room love this place

The management was horrible! I had to cancel my reservations due to COVID-19 and I was charged for a full stay. I called location and a female who would not identify herself refused to assist. I asked her was she a manager she said yes and she was the one who made the decision to do a partial reimbursement and that's all she can do and hung up on me. I had to call corporate to resolve!
