They were a no-show despite confirmation that same morning that they were on the way. The man on the phone who called me that morning of my scheduled service informed me that I would need to pay an extra $25 in cash to the maids upon their arrival, because I was "more than 20 miles from them". I told him I had done my research prior to purchasing, and that google maps from them to my address had given 17.2 miles as the distance, but because I was in dire need of having them come that morning,and had taken a day off work, I agreed to pay the extra. I waited 3 hours for them,then started calling, and they never answered, never returned my calls. TOTAL NO SHOW. Luckily Groupon credited me the amount I spent, but it was a total waste of my time on a day that was crucial for me to have my home cleaned.
