2 Maids and a vacuum, Houston

They were a no-show despite confirmation that same morning that they were on the way. The man on the phone who called me that morning of my scheduled service informed me that I would need to pay an extra $25 in cash to the maids upon their arrival, because I was "more than 20 miles from them". I told him I had done my research prior to purchasing, and that google maps from them to my address had given 17.2 miles as the distance, but because I was in dire need of having them come that morning,and had taken a day off work, I agreed to pay the extra. I waited 3 hours for them,then started calling, and they never answered, never returned my calls. TOTAL NO SHOW. Luckily Groupon credited me the amount I spent, but it was a total waste of my time on a day that was crucial for me to have my home cleaned.

First of all you cant reach them by phone and when you book them by email they gave me the time frame of 8-2 which is a big time frame for any service. And then they never show up. When you email and ask them they say I wasn't home. I would never recommend or use this service and I want my groupon credit back.

When I called the phone number there was a recording stating that if you had a Groupon you had to correspond through e-mail so I did that and set up a appointment and gave them my Telephone # several times to call me. My dad passed away the day of the appt so I was late to the house and if they showed up they never called my number to inquire what was the delay. They did e-mail me telling me that when they came it would be another $40 for taxes and service fee, which was not mentioned in Groupon. I have not heard from them since. I would not have bought the Groupon if I was paying $80 for 2 hrs of cleaning service. When I could have hired by neighbors maid for 5 hrs. for $80.
