Service was good but took my whole day even though i was told about 2-3 hrs

took my truck in to have fluid change in tranny and filter. They kept the truck for a week. When I got the truck back it had a dent in drivers side rear. The man is nice but this is the second dealing with him and nether was good. Left bolts out of bell housing. still leaks, cut the shifter boots and gaskets. harder to shift charged me 400 dollars more than quote. Afraid to let him touch any more of my vrhicles.
