I scheduled an appointment and waited for an hour before I was serviced. They weren't very customer friendly and talked around me instead of to me. Said I would get a blow out and they straightened my hair. So they didn't provide the service I paid

They are pretty busy on the weekend, so allow extra time in case they are running behind and you have to wait for 15 min or so. Also, their parking lot is small and you might need to find street parking.

Give yourself plenty of time that day if you make an appointment. They're good, but they're slow; I missed another appointment I had because it took 3 hours.
