My girlfriend and I purchased new living room furniture from casual rooms. We saw them online and purchased the groupon discount and went to look at their showroom expecting to see what we found and liked online. Their showroom had mainly beds and was just basically made up of photos on the wall and order catalogs that showed the same thing on the Internet. We looked through the catalogs and found what we liked. The salesman there was very pushy and DID NOT want to honor the groupon. Delivery was a joke. I paid extra to unload and carry the furniture up 3 flights of stairs myself. Total rip off. Customer is not always right according to the salesman. Waiste of time. Total disappointment.
