Craft Eats bills its food as a nutritious selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches made from local ingredients. Indeed, some of its ingredients are so local, they're made on site. It cures the ham tossed in its Spinach Chop salad, for example, in-house; it also makes many of its own accoutrements, including croutons, hot sauce, pickles, and beer mustard. And though Craft Eats takes a sharp turn off the beaten path of many health-food-focused eateries by serving alcohol, it nonetheless maintains its local lean by sourcing beer from microbreweries and crafting cocktails like brightly colored mimosas right behind its counter.
