My sister and I were excited from viewing the website the facility is in a not so safe area and the website reflects nothing near what the facilty actually is deploreable also the customer service was bad. We were approached by members that scolded us for entering the facility with shoes on shoes have to be left outside before entering holy ground yea right put my $300 shoes on a rack outside and walk on the walk back into the facility bare footed. The manger never even called to apologize.
