I went to this store with my printed voucher but the "so-called" owner Muhammad told me that is was not acceptable. He told me that his store was not equip to scan it. I told him to call groupon but he refused and told me to leave his store. I explained to him that I brought a product and I wanted. He threaten to call the authorities to make me leave and I told him to go right ahead because I have all my paper work. Once he seen that I was not going to allow him to take advantage of me he finally called groupon and the rep explained that I had the right to bring my printed voucher and it was his right to call and redeem the voucher only because the customer has to redeem the voucher in store. After Muhammad felt really stupid. I would never go back there again.

Falcon had listed a groupon for a new LG blue-tooth headset. When I went to pick it up they tried to give me a refurbished set instead. The Groupon clearly stated new; however Falcon would not honor the deal! Stay far, far away from this scammer.

The place is packed with electronics and has some great deals but very messy. They dont play about their deals and got my product at a great price.
