I love It! Jeanna was an excellent tour guide and trainer. Fight Fitness was the best boxing/cardio/muscle training/fight training class experience. Whatever your fitness and empowerment goals are, this class will help you achieve it. Also, the Krav Maga fitness and self-defense classes seem to great, too.
