Steak and eggs has long been an iconic breakfast combination, but the chefs at Hanz Diner are hoping to add a few twists on the classic. Alongside that staple, diners can order catfish and eggs, chicken wings and eggs, or even oven-roasted turkey and eggs. Every morning, chefs cook up these and other favorites, from breakfast tacos to chicken-fried chicken and waffles.

Most breakfast items are served all day, but the menu expands to include other comfort foods in the afternoon. Chefs grill up patty melts, and smother french fries in chili and cheese. The only thing missing to make it a perfect meal would be a banana split served on top of a waffle. Luckily, Hanz Diner serves that too.
