Heard the conversation at the reception area throughout my massage, including intimate details. Therapist was ill. Move the massage room to a more remote part of the offices. Not pleasant.

Deena gives a great massage. Very relaxing, yet her pressure was sufficient to help break down the knotted muscles.

Oola Moola needs to have their own place of business separate from the chiropractic office. It was distracting to hear people talking in the outer room during my massage. Also, the massage therapist was unprofessional, sniffed the entire time (instead of just blowing her nose) and snorted. There were no blankets or heating pads and there was no biofreeze that I saw. She didn't massage my hips like I asked either. The massage therapist should also ask more question about my health and medical history before beginning the massage. They should also ask if you have special needs etc. at the time of booking.

The massage therapist was very new. She only recently started working in June. She used good techniques but she did everything so fast! It felt like my massage was in fast forward. Also with the lotion, she just squirted it on my back. It was cold and a little startling. I think usually the therapist should warm it in her hands first instead of just squirting it on my back. My main comment though would be slow down! You can't tell where I'm tight or having muscle spasms if you are moving so fast! Plus if you slow down and find those spots, you'll be able to feel where you should spend more time.
