The manicurist continually cut my cuticles to the point where the manicure was not pleasurable it was painful and my fingers were slightly bleeding. I also got my eyebrows waxed and this was a waste of $10. All she did was slather wax on them to remove stray hairs. There was no shaping or arching done and there were many small hairs left. I had to go somewhere else to have them corrected. Never going back!

When I walked in the salon there was no other customers and I felt like the staff thought I was an inconvenience because I had not made an appointment, even though the sign on the door says walk-ins welcome. The service was not horrible but definitely not the best. They also make you buy a nail filer/scrub pad for $1 and tell you to bring it back they next time they do your nails. I was also concerned because it doesn't look like they keep their tools in sanitary solution like most nail salons. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or go back.

The staff was very friendly and professional! I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return!
