Had an issue with scheduling in the beginning. She added a bit more time to a service for the mistake that was done. She's knowledgeable so I appreciated that.

Bar none this business lacks any morsel of customer service skill or professionalism. I paid for two appointments and services were never rendered. Eboni advised me that I wouldn’t get a refund and Groupon would side with her. I simply asked for an appointment less the rescheduling fee

Thanks for your review. According to the fine print you can not reschedule an appointment 45 mins before a service. Yes, I require a reschedule fee as that appointment time could have gone to someone else.
