When I tried to use the Groupon at the location nearest me that's listed on the Groupon I was refused. I even called The Woodlands location and was refused but when I made it to the location on Louetta and explained my situation then I was allowed to use it. When I used it the first time after I was upset at the way I had to use so much customer effort I was a little happy and used the 2nd now

This was a very bad experience. The lady that did "the facial" was rude, She did not want to do the facial when she saw i had it through groupon. I wish i had just left her attitude was horrible. then she puts me in the room i lay down and i am half naked she never closed the door then she had a customer left me and the door open my eyes where closed she had them covered. the facial was a joke the she scratched my face and it felt dirtier before i came in! i came home and just washed my face. BUT wait before that she puts sunscreen on my face dried sunscreen and i said what is that STILL on my face its is sunscreen she said. i just walked out then. AGAIN i am so upset with myself I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THE MINUTE I WALKED IN!!! HORRIBLE PLACE

Very bad service and dirty noisy salon.

They are friendly and honor exactly what they say they would honor. Has been the only person to get my eyebrows right. They have great specials also. Check them out.
