I didn't realize this place uses soft wax for Brazilians. I had a very bad experience before with soft wax and I prefer hard wax. Once I told them my preference and that I could not proceed with soft wax, they became pretty snooty and not very polite.

Had a very pleasant experience. Jessica was great, very friendly, helpful with advice, very professional and put me at ease. This was only my second time, with the Brazilian! I'm a newbie, lol. The boutique is very clean, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment ran right on time, no wait. I've already scheduled my return visit. Thanks again, Jessica & Serene!
