This was the WORST service I have ever experienced, All Technicians supposedly called off so The Owner Ms.Deon who told me that she was feeling sick did a horrible job, to fix it she gave me a $25 gift and refused to honor it

I had a decent experience overall. I was able to have the manicure and pedicure done. However, did not receive the service for a massage. The receptionist did not seemed to know that I was scheduled for an appointment. Also, the receptionist explained that the technian for the massage service had to leave early because of an emergency and was suppose to call. But, as far as I know, I did not receive a call. Also, the receptionist mention that she was in the process of finding workers and would call me to setup an appointment for the massage by the end of the week. However, have not heard from anyone.
