At Pancho's Mexican Buffet, customers can stroll past piles of tacos, heaps of taquitos, and other entrees, and fill their plates with everything that strikes their fancy. Kids even have All-You-Can-Eat pizza on the buffet weekdays 4pm-close and all day weekends. First of all, I had an expired Groupon for it but was met with resistance using it. I told the lady that Groupon’s policy is that the value of the certificate is always good, and after going back and forth she finally agreed to deduct it from our bill. The second complaint I had, was on the wall menu they had the buffet listed as $11.99, but when we got the receipt it showed $14.99.
