The Pretty Kitty - Addison, Houston

I gave it three stars because this is the first bikini wax that I got that didn't hurt. But I don't feel like the waxer did a thorough job, since she left a lot of hair behind and I needed to go home and shave. So I did have less hair and but I didn't feel clean or smooth at all. She was moving quickly which is good, but not if you don't remove all the hair in the desired area. I didn't know how the appointments worked there, as it was my first time. But I arrived 5 min late because parking was challenging, and did not know that would cause my appt to be extremely rushed. She pent somewhere between 5 and 10 min on me. So perhaps I should take some responsibility for the rush and try them again? I just don't think the waxer should have been satisfied with sending me home with a lot of hair and then telling me I could shave if I wanted to. I didn't like that.

Addison was super nice, friendly & also worked fast and made me feel super comfortable ! Will be coming back again

Horrible. Had to cancel and was charged and wasn’t offered an alt time.

Jasmin was amazing!!! She is very professional and did an amazing job...will be back for sure.
