When I arrived for my confirmed appointment by the owner, the braider was not aware that I was scheduled. Then, I was told that the hair needed for the service would already be there for me to purchase. The hair was not there but instead I had to wait until a store down the street opened. Took 10 hours for larger braids then braids started to come out within 2 days.

Sorry about your experience, but I am the owner and don't recall confirming an appointment with you. The braider works at the store/salon daily. If you called the store/salon, I wasn't the person you'd spoken to. There seemed to be a miscommunication somewhere. As far as your braids coming out, if they were around your edges that is common depending on the length of your hair. We would've tighten the braids up for you if known of the problem. Either way, thank you for your support.

The work was good. Be clear with expectations with the braider, small language barrier. Took 9 hours for free style, my caveat was a request to the Sunday and there was only one braider.

I was not impressed at all with my twists. I'm not sure if the lady who did them was just learning but they were tackily done. I've had to take down and redo a bunch of them, some even came off on their on within just a few days of having then done. I've been here before and loved my box braids done by another braider, but this will make it my last time.

Jola, I appreciate your feedback. I would have appreciated it even more if you'd communicated to us as to issues with your hair. We would have corrected any issues you had, but nothing​ was communicated to us about your twists. As the owner, I would've taken responsibility and assisted your needs. However, you didn't express any concerns to us. I am truly sorry that you were not satisfied, but would've expected you to contact us to correct any issues opposed to writing a negative review. Negative news travel faster than good news......it is our duty to empower & encourage one another instead of tearing each other down. Again, we really appreciate your business & support.
