Magnificent customer service. Thoughtful and thorough in the process. No gobbledygook car speak to try and confuse the customer. Great shop. I will return.

Friendly and did a good job. Place is small and packed with outer vehicles. But the people are cool and get the job done. Did a transmission and diff service on my 2017 Ram 1500.

Their transmission service is not a true transmission service. They only check your fluid and add or drain if needed, supposedly check linkage (I'm not sure if they actually did), and put a code reader on your vehicle to see if there are any codes. They wanted to charge me another $60+ to drop the pan and replace the filter and gasket and another $50+ for their lube guard service. I researched it and found that Lube guard is simply an additive you add to your transmission fluid to extend the life of the fluid. It is only $13 if you buy it yourself. My transmission was slightly over full when I took it in and they were supposed to drain it to where it is supposed to be but it is still over full.
