This voucher was not redeemable. After purchase, the merchant confirmed in writing that they do not service the intended location. This limitation was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and was only communicated after the refund window had already passed. Despite confirming that the service could not be provided, the merchant refused to issue a refund. The service was never rendered, and the voucher was unusable. Buyers should be aware that availability restrictions may be disclosed only after purchase, with no refund offered even when the service cannot be performed.
