Our combination of classes are unique! We are the only ones in Katy with Pole Fit classes, the sixth Studio in USA with Jumping Fitness classes; we have a welcoming environment and the best qualified instructors!!!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every class is different! routines are changed daily; participants are always engaged with new trends
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This is a family owned business. My father has been my inspiration; after 47 years of work, he retired from YMCA. I was always involved in fitness and family oriented activities. It's all about being healthy and feeling good
What do you love most about your job?
My hobby is my job! I love what I do
