What this vendor doesn't tell you at the time of purchase on Groupon is that they charge an extra $25 for an oil filter, unless you want to go to an auto parts store, buy one, and then bring it to them before the oil change and then they'll drop the $25 up charge. An oil filter is a standard component in an oil change and traditionally included in the price. I figured that Groupon would be concerned that the ad was misleading and takes advantage of their customers but they didn't care. They only cautioned me to read the fine print before I make a purchase on their website. Went back, checked the ad for this package, and there was no mention of the additional charge. I could gone to several well known oil change places closer to home, paid full price for a synthetic, come out even, and not felt cheated. Great way to build confidence in your company and your vendors, Groupon!

Horrible people. They lied to my warranty company saying I needed a whole new transmission when nothing was wrong with the my car. They robbed my warranty company for a little over $7,000. I have all proof and paperwork. Scammers! Do NOT give these people your business. Never again

Terrible experience. Cheaters.Came here with an OfferUp voucher towards a state inspection that I paid for. The 1st guy I talked to said okay, so I opened the voucher code to get the deal. Then one of the other main guys asked me how I heard of them. I said through OfferUp. Then he tells me they just stopped working with OfferUp. They told me they wouldn't refund my money and that they didn't care what I thought, particularly the 1st guy I spoke with who started this whole problem to begin with. After arguing my point with them for a very awkward half an hour, the 2nd guy said he'd look into deducting the amount I spent on the OfferUp voucher from the inspection cost, which they overcharge at it is. All in all, long drive, rude, disorganized service, overcharging, and haughty. Will never go back again.
