I was only able to use this for a few classes as Hurricane Harvey hit and took up a week of my membership and I lost the use of my vehicle until after my membership was over. But the time I did get to go there was very interesting. They truly care for each person that walks through the door. Many levels of fitness will enjoy these classes.

My introduction to yoga was extremely positive and enlightening. Joanne Vacek is an excellent instructor and she made me feel comfortable abs definitely helped me relax for the first time in a very long time. Thank you! Can't wait for Monday's class.
