As I first timer, I enjoyed my experience. I’ve already signed up for more classes. I’m excited to learn more about pole while also being active and learning new ways to move my body.

Great instructors and great people sign up for these classes. The owner is really sweet, as well. I’ve had fun bonding with each and every person who walks through those doors at either location.

Great intro class. Jordan is a great instructor. Loved her energy and how she broke down the moves.
