1) We had to order in advance and they pick the selection of their choice.
2) I place the order for April 4th pick-up. Received a call March 28th saying the order was ready for pick-up.
3) Groupon redeemed and I haven't even received my order

Used Groupon was surprised that you had to get their selection and couldn't pick. Don't think the Groupon coupon stated that. But the varies we rec'd was very good and enjoyed it.

Could improve on freshness - I assume cupcakes are best if you go in early in morning and we didn't do that. The cupcakes were stale and tasted like they were at least a day old or more - even the discounted groupon price seemed a little pricey. Had we paid the regular $3 a cupcake or $36 a dozen, I would have returned them. I'm glad we tried them though! They looked and sounded yummy on the website ... Maybe just bad timing :-(
