I'm sorry to hear you had a bad birthday weekend due to the allergic reactions. You have told me you have had lashes done 4 times before. All times you've resulted to having to go to Urgent care. I have messaged you prior to coming to your appointment to bring any notes and pictures of the reactions so we can discuss at your appointment whether to put lashes on. On your appointment, you briefly told me about your experiences and that you had no pictures. You have stated that your husband, Bruce is against you putting lashes because of the reactions you've had. However, you think it's unfair that other people can wear lashes and you can't. You insisted you want them done for your birthday dinner that night. You had a friend tell you to ask for sensitive glue, which I said I carry. I had warned you that sensitive glue has all the ingredients of all the other glues just in smaller dosages. I can't guarantee you how your body is going to react to this. I have told you we can proceed and that if you have any discomfort after your appointment, to call or text me right away so I can make time to get you in to remove them for you. The next morning, I received a message from you stating you have a reaction again. I promptly scheduled you in during my lunch to do a removal for you at no cost. It took over 45 minutes and just tried to comfort you to not feel bad. I never thought you thought it's my fault for getting a reaction to lashes because you made it clear that you've had reactions 4 other times.
