customer service was great. BUT if you purchase through groupon, you will still have to pay a 'remaining balance' at the storefront. I have never had this happen anywhere else when I've purchased through groupon, they don't specify that in the fine print either, so until you're checking out is when they tell you you still have to pay more....call before purchasing through groupon.
