The staff were kind & helpful. It was sooo crowded do just beware if you go on a week day during winter break. It was clean also. The only negative is if your kid goes up- you might not find them immediately the way the slides work. That can be hectic if you have several kids.

The kids had a great time and I was surprised they played the entire 2 hours. It was more fun for them than I expected. However, some of the ball machines and many of the arcade games did not work.

This was our first time here, and we loved it. It was clean, fun, and all equipment was an great condition. We’ll be back with all the the cousins.
