Unfortunatley I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was 30 minutes late (due to traffic and the far distance from my house) to the appointment and instead of her telling me that my experience will be reduced to a minimum because I was late and give me the choice to reschedule, she brought me into the room literally rushing me on the bed with minimal explanation of the process. and to top it all off she was the only therapist there so she would be running back and forth from one room where someone was releasing there fecal matter to my room and since she was the only one there to attend to me and the other guest whenever I would press the bell for her to return it would take her some time to return because she was attending to the other guests fecal problems. Becuase of this I was only able to have the treatment(water inserted) once where the normal process should be several inserts with several releases(fecal matter) The whole point of this treatment is to be relaxed for 40 minutes of treatment and then to feel like a whole new person after your done releasing, Unfortunately I left with stomach cramps because I did not have enough time, I did not feel relieved and relaxed at all and to be honest I feel that if I would have paid the full $110 value instead of the Groupon $39 I probably would have been treated a bit different because I can't imagine someone paying $110 for the service I received. I would not have minded a reschedule if I knew I was not going to get the full experience of a colonic cleansing, get my monies worth and be rushed as if I didn't pay for the full service. Sorry but i cannot recommend this facilty to any of my friends or family thank you

Worst experience i felt very uncomfortable, & rushed.I got there earlier then my apt & then was told only reason I didn't have much time was because there was another client even tho my apt was for that time she just wanted to leave early it seemed
