Please do not buy any Groupons or even bother to go to salon Notre’!!! They have given me such a runaround about getting an appointment and are not accommodating and are very unprofessional. I was only able to use one Groupon out of three and it was very frustrating even make that one appointment which I wasn’t even happy with the blowout. She hardly washed my hair and used no products.

So we start off the review with please do not buy any Groupon from Salon Notre . like I expressed to you on the phone we haven’t had a Groupon or worked with Groupon since after Covid your Groupon, when we looked it up in our files has been a couple of years old. if you use Groupon, you would know that you would have to pay the difference since you haven’t been to the salon with that we never even asked you to pay the difference. We still were going to honor the Groupon for one blowout but not on a Saturday you booked an appointment and said you wanted a blowout after it was b you mentioned you had a Groupon coupons or not except it on Saturday especially since we aren’t working with Groupon but we tried our best and explain to you then we booked you for another day. Unfortunately the stylist called out she had Covid and the other stylist that we had working was fully booked since Covid a lot of small businesses are struggling to hire staff it wasn’t because we were giving you a runaround. We just didn’t have anybody to accommodate you. I offered you another day you got mad and hung up on me.

The girl who did my keratin said most people take two hours to do it, she said she does it in an hour
Well she did mine in under an hour, maybe that’s why it only lasted last a week. She was also complaining that her arms were hurting her from doing so many
