About Sound Body And Mind

SOUND Body & Mind is a newly renovated Yoga studio located just outside of Huntington village on Huntington Harbor. The studio offers a variety of Yoga classes for all levels, including Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga. SOUND's schedule also includes many great classes for beginners, such as Gentle Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation. A recent renovation to the studio provides an atmosphere and amenities that feels new, warm and inviting. Great bright space, friendly, warm attentive teachers. The classes are very accessible to all types of people and fitness levels. They use props and modifications and there is a lot of individual attention. I also feel rejuvenated after class - both physically and mentally. My favorite class is the aerial yoga with Lisa! So much fun while stretching my body and relaxing my mind.

Hi Taylor! The only classes that might ever require a wait list are aerial yoga since they have a limited capacity. That is less of an issue since you left this review now that our studio has moved upstairs to a much larger space where the aerial yoga class capacity is almost doubled. Additionally, our yoga room is now 3 times the size of our old space at 1,350 square feet so there is plenty of space for all of our yoga classes. Hope to see you back! Adam

Great studio location in pristine condition with terrific instructor. Took a 1 hour strength and strech class. Nice core work, VERY PLEASANT!
