SOUND Body & Mind is a newly renovated Yoga studio located just outside of Huntington village on Huntington Harbor. The studio offers a variety of Yoga classes for all levels, including Anti-Gravity Aerial Yoga. SOUND's schedule also includes many great classes for beginners, such as Gentle Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation. A recent renovation to the studio provides an atmosphere and amenities that feels new, warm and inviting.
