Amazing tour and beautiful animals! Would definitely come back

The facility was clean and well kept. The disappointing part was that every animal was either indoors where we couldn't see them or outdoors and sleeping where we couldn't even see their faces. So, I found it rather boring. Maybe there's a better time of year and time of day to come. We visited in March around 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

Worth every penny! This was amazing... the staff was so friendly and had so much information packed into the guided tour. The guided tour is included with a normal ticket purchase and they run the tours every hour on the hour. Our tour guide was very sweet and knew every animals name, temperament and where they came from. When we go back we will be staying in a cabin by the tigers.
