Poor quality nail service, terrible results. Wouldn't go back. I've heard this from more than one person as well.

The nail tech didn't know how to do nails, after explaining how I wanted my nails shaped, I finally had to shape my own nails. She didn't buff my nails properly, there was no hand or foot massage. Shellac is advertised to stay on for 14 days, After just 4 days, I only had 6 nails with shellac still on, like I said, the nail tech was clueless. Cuticles were not clipped either. I purchased 2 so unfortunately I have to go back for another dreadful experience.

I thought that the salon area for Pedicures was dirty, not well maintained. Health Score of 85 should have been my first clue. They had no idea what an autoclave machine was to sterile their instruments. Spa baths looked dirty!
