Staff was super amazing, the sauna and compression was perfect and ending it with cryo topped it off. The sauna was so relaxing it definitely was my favorite,, I was restless legs so the leg compression definitely made a difference that night. They made it very easy to change and offered us different hydration drinks. AA++!!
