Ogle does a excellent job!

Well, I've always had great results, but this last time, although I had a 4 quarter hairstylist, while there, I thought my hair looked great! Howver, I realized when I got home why she didn't give me the mirror to look at the back of my highlights!

I was very frustrated when I took my daughter in to get a trim and was told that it would be $15 more because me daughters hair was too long. Then when I explained that I did not see that stated anywhere the instructor said "I know it doesn't mention it, but it should" then said to let her know what I wanted to do. Then said I think it shows on the printed one. Let me look. Seriously? It did not show on my app and it didn't show on the website when I bought it. Then she got the manager who then proceeded to tell me all the same things. I explained that had it stated it when I purchased it or showed on the certificate when I was redeeming it that would have made sense. They did honor it final

After filling out the questionnaire with worker prior to services, (and stating after being specifically asked about my bangs being curled or straight blow dried) the worker curled them twice after being asked to fix them. I also had to go home and rewash and dry straight my bangs. Worker also mentioned the difficulty was due to not using a flat iron for extra $10 charge.
