About "Make a Clay WInd Chime" Event - July 2nd 2022

Jen Molo Pottery was born out of a passion for ceramic pottery. Founded by Jen Molo in a cabin, just behind her house, the studio overlooks Fairburn Mountain in the rural area of Black Hawk. While creating one's artworks under the eye of an attentive instructor, participants may chat, admire the beauty of surroundings, and unleash their creativity.

We really enjoyed this experience! Jen is a great instructor and her pottery studio is adorable. The environment is laid back and very comfortable. Be sure to take a 4WD/AWD vehicle if there’s any chance of snow/wet on the ground, as there’s some dirt road. Jen also has a little shop with some items for sale that she made. There are a lot of wonderful pieces that are reasonably priced!

This was an absolutely amazing class! Jen was so patient with us while we fumbled with the wheel and clay AND despite our lack of experience we even made pots that looked like pots. I attribute this accomplishment entirely to Jen’s excellent teaching skills. We had so much fun that Jen will be seeing us again!
