Dubbed "the ultra anti-aging treatment." the facial encourages collagen production and wrinkle-smoothing over the course of seven phases. One phase incorporates "micro-mode," a tiny microcurrent that energizes facial tissue even better than bobbing for apples in a vat of coffee. 

The signature facial is only the beginning of the estheticians' offerings, though. Other treatments cleanse and purify, revitalize skin with oxygen therapy, or turn back the clock with an infusion of Vitamin C. Along the way, the team draws on products from top-of-the-line skincare brands such as MD Dermatics and Refinee.

They charged me extra $20 to use the microdermabrasion machine, and the procedure lasted less that 1 min. I contacted them twice, still waiting for their answer.

I’m sorry, we explained that we used a disposal tips than the regular microdermabrasion so you were charge extra and in exchange of not giving any service tip. I think it’s fair for us to give you a different experience of new micro dermabrasion.

I was not very pleased as I was pressured the minute I waked it to upgrade my Groupon for extra money . After a few arguments she gave me the facial I paid for but the atmosphere was not pleasant and I was not relaxed . By far one of my least favorite facial . I will not go back

I had an amazing experience! Can’t wait to start my facial program. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is responsible and worth it. If you have something’s you want to improve, do it. You don’t have to live with things that make you insecure.

I don't know where to begin - they texted me while I was in transit saying "Don't be late. We have a client coming in immediately after you." When I walked in, they harassed me about my voucher saying they couldn't honor it because it was expired, when it clearly wasn't. Then they told me they could take the voucher when they realized they were in the wrong (after about 5 minutes of arguing). Then they questioned why I hadn't used the voucher sooner (?) Then the ENTIRE time during the facial they were trying to sell me products I don't need and insinuating that the dermatologist I see is wrong about everything. The grand finale: they almost mistakenly charged $2,000 to my credit card instead of the $20 I (in my mind, generously) left for a tip. Do not go, they are so rude and unprofessional, it's not worth it.

I’m very sorry ms Emily of your experience with us, it was a very rare incident. We don’t remember any error in our charge that goes Thru and process, it was only a $20 that usually customer just pay in cash because you can’t walk in to any service that you won’t carry small petty cash. But anyhow we will try not to be agressive if it sounds not comfortable with you since the vouchers you paid for is not even enough to pay our hours of treatment or even the cost of the treatment given to our clients, Groupon helps us in a way to bring you to us but they share in what you paid for the groupon. I think we should help together to help us survive in this small business. We are trying our best but the competition is very tough. And in the fine print it was specified that atleast the customer pay the service tip of 20% from the regular price not the coupon but instead we didn’t receive any. Still we give the value of service if the regular price and we’re taking our chance to offer other services or upgrade especially when we know that the customer need it more than the basic facial. We are professionals and we also give our free consultation and recommendations the best we can do your not wasting your time for a coupon price facial. I hope you understand that we have overhead and cost to pay in running our business to survive. Thank you.
