The spa was clean and calm. The only problem was that the masseuse did not speak even a word of English and there was no one to translate. Everytime I told her to go softer, she would either continue or just switch to a different part. I wanted her to spend more time on my legs and less on my back since she was hurting my back, but she could not understand me and continued doing what she was taught to do. The whole experience was painful and unpleasant.
