Bring a towel and mp3. Water is available for $1/bottle. Four TVs are located above cardio circuit and you can tune into the audio on your own device. Relaxed atmosphere. No lockers but cubbies are provided. Childcare is not provided. There are no aerobic-type classes or locker rooms. This is strictly a gym to get a good work-out and leave. Everything you need to succeed is provided, even a trainer. 24 hours/7 days a week. Each member has their own pass-key. EXTREMELY convenient!!
