Somehow you ended up paying more than what you paid for the groupon, they tell you their service is only for certain things so you have to pay extra for each vent they have to clean regardless of they have to clean the ducts.

The two gentlemen that did the work charged about 5 times what the Groupon was worth; and that was about half of the original quote they gave me. Who's to know how much they pocketed.

Technician wouldn't do the work that groupon indicated, wanted more money to do the job. And cleaned the wrong vent! instead of dryer vent cleaned the bathroom vent! Homeowner beware of this company!

It was just an excuse to get their foot in the door. They didn't do an all-house air duct clean, they would only clean the hot/cold supply ducts then said they'd clean the intakes for another $590! The AC/furnace inspection was just a cursory cover removal and a "yeah it needs a cleaning" and an offer to do it and the ducts for $936! Definitely a rip-off, I wouldn't recommend Better Clean at all.

Was very disappointed first of all they sublet their services to a no-name company of two young Russian kids called Airpal, LLC whom I had a hard time understanding them. They lied and said they cleaned out my dryer vent, and brought in a vacuum and

Well, this was actually a horror story (seriously) that made the news and Groupon actually was great and refunded the amount of this one. You really have to look into your vendors more. "Better Clean USA" subcontracted another company, "Home Service Guys" who charged us an additional $105 for cleaning another return feed- which was fair. We agreed to pay that amount, when our cc bill came in they had actually charged us $1050! To make it worse trying to get a hold of them or have anything get done to refund our money was impossible! There were tons of red flags with this company including never receivi the electronic receipt form the Square card reader they use, a "F" rating on the BBB.
