I want to say this was a great experience but after I tried to come back to use the rest of my classes, I was told the place closed and there was nothing that could be done. So I basically paid 25 dollars for one class. That's not worth the experience.. 😒

This is a great place to go if you want a small class with no pressure. I don't have very much confidence in my yoga abilities and the teacher and other students made me feel comfortable to just try my best and enjoy my practice.I would definitely recommend!

Arrive on time. You can proceed at your own pace and take as many breaks as you need. Appropriate for all ages. Instructor very supportive and encouraging.
