This feedback is not about this latest visit. It is based on my previous experience with the company. The field people seem to be well qualified. The issue is with office/admin procedures, particular with maintenance agreements. Maintenance agreements have been assigned to some national company, making them difficult to deal with. Also, the price of a service agreement has risen a lot over the past couple of years.
