I had purchased the service for my wife, she wanted the remote start. They told her that it may require an additional cost of $85 when she scheduled the service. They charged her $185 and she was quite upset. The dealership had quoted a lesser price than the combined Groupon and added charge. I feel that I was baited into having the service there and they took advantage of my wife and charged her more than the service was worth. Perhaps your firm should make sure that they are actually allowing for the discount, or is this a scam??
