Eyes by India first opened its doors in Indiana to provide threading as an alternative to waxing. Threading is more precise than waxing and causes less pain, redness, and burning when removing unwanted fuzz. Now with nine locations in two states, Eyes by India’s staff of specialists completes more than 100 hours of training in threading and service etiquette before applying those skills to patrons’ faces at work and image-conscious teddy bears at home. During appointments, cotton thread twists over hair, tweaking hairlines and brow lines or removing all traces of fuzz on the neck, chin, or upper lip.

She wasn't really understanding that it was my first time threading my eyebrows. And she made them uneven. When I got home, I noticed that parts of my eyebrows were bleeding.

I bought groupons for my girls and I. I put my girls groupons in their stockings for Christmas, and it seem like we had a hard time redeeming these groupons. They wanted the girls to get the groupon of the website, but it was my account and they didn't have access to my account. It seem the owner and his wife had two different reasons for doing this, but either way we had to many problems with redeem a groupon with them. We will not be visting their establishment again nor will we by any more groupons for this company.

I visited the Carmel branch becaue it is closest to my home. They do a nice threading job, but their costomer service is poor. I went in with my print out coupon and they wouldn't take it. The lady turned me away and I had to ask a friend with a smart phone to come with me so I could redemm it. I will not be going back after my groupons are used. I will try onther threading business.
