The instructor cares about his students getting fit and healthy, it's great. So much adrenaline pumping in the room, sometimes the hour class goes by.

no warm-up, warm-down, or streches to releave sore muscles. class consisted of three classes per week with two of them in sucesson - so no resting th muscles in between
