Service people were not nice. Even when you are busy, please act like you care and smile. Seriously, we live in a world of taking care of the customer... Tom Wood did not. Plus we set an appointment. The service person told us it would take 10-15 minutes because we were only going to do the car wash and gas card. One and a half hours later, they were done. Really, over an hour for an automatic car wash?

Customer service was horrible. They were rude and curt.
There were requirements to using the Groupon that were not mentioned in the fine print or details, and I felt some of the services were misrepresented.
I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed after using this Groupon.

They were supposed to wash my car. I left with dirty wheels and I waited for more than 3 hours.
