I am seeking a complete Refund. I arrived at the location only unable to access the Groupon. I missed my flight and still very displeased. I hope to be refunded. Anyone else experience this?

I didnt get a QR code to scan and I couldn't park my card. I had to pay again, and I never got a refund. I think this was a giant scam!
